Neuron
Neuron is a stainless steel free-standing abstract sculpture with a highly polished, mirror-like surface. It appears as fluid mercury, capturing a sense of life and spirit of the unknown. It’s inspired by the balance of physical matter and spirit in all things.
The work was done completely intuitively based on imagination. No images for reference or any other data was used. The composition is based on a balance of negative and positive space and free-hand line that creates a biomorphic form or an object with a soul. Where and how does it start and continue life on its own?
